The initial inspiration and strategic direction were deeply influenced by the consulting expertise of Ernest John Procter, a respected figure with 45 years of experience at the multinational corporation P&G Canada.

The collaborative relationship between Mr.Procter and the founder, Mrs. Ly Do, extended beyond the role of consultant – whom she regarded as a spiritual foster father – stemming from their years working together at P&G Vietnam. It was Mr. Procter’s profound understanding of the international business environment and his extensive experience that ignited a distinct vision within Mrs. Ly Do.
