- Objective: To gather all participants, create a welcoming atmosphere, and set the tone for a collaborative day.
- Description: Employees arrive at the designated outdoor area within Pandanus Resort. Welcome music plays, and facilitators greet participants. A brief welcome speech outlining the day’s objectives and the “All for One” theme will be given. Light refreshments (water, juice) will be available.
- Time: 30 minutes (Adjusted based on previous format)

Ice Breakers (Outdoor)
